Shipping FAQ's

All orders are shipped via UPS. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping class. For orders over $150, we use UPS 3 Day Shipping. Please note that while we strive to provide timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time.

Shipping costs vary based on the destination within the US. For orders exceeding $150, we provide complimentary UPS 3 Day Select Shipping.

We ship within the 50 United States.

We do not have an order minimum.

We dispatch orders on Mondays and Tuesdays each week using UPS 3 Day Select to ensure delivery before the weekend. You can also pre-schedule your seafood delivery by selecting your preferred date at checkout. Please note that not all towns have Saturday delivery available. If you’re interested in Saturday delivery, kindly contact our Customer Service Team via email or phone, providing your zip code for availability confirmation. Saturday deliveries are subject to an additional fee.

Exceptions to our shipping schedule include holidays, the eve of a holiday, or inclement weather. Our Customer Service Team will promptly notify you via phone call or email if any issues arise in shipping your order.

The delivery time for your package typically ranges from 2-3 days, depending on your shipping destination and the selected shipping class, starting from the moment it is dispatched.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive tracking information for your order via email on the day your order ships and you will be emailed when the order is delivered as well.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. In the event of dissatisfaction or receipt of a damaged product, kindly capture photos of the issue and send them to support@atlanticcrabandseafood.com. Our team will promptly respond with a resolution.

We package our seafood in a styrofoam cooler box, utilizing dry ice and ice packs to guarantee that your seafood remains frozen during its entire transit period. Additionally, your seafood is enclosed in thermal insulation bags for added protection.

We source our seafood directly from our family’s commercial fishing vessel, the F/V Miss Emma, based out of New Bedford, Massachusetts.

All of our seafood is 100% sustainable and wild-caught. Our seafood products are fished for off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
