Jonah Crab Dip


  • 8 oz Picked Jonah Crab Claw Meat (from roughly 2 lbs of claws)

  • 1/4 tsp. sriracha, adjust to your spice level

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

  • 1 lemon; zest and juice

  • 1 small shallot, minced

  • 1 Tbsp parsley, minced


  1. Pick the Jonah Crab Meat: Ensure the Jonah crab meat is picked, gently shred any larger pieces to ensure a consistent texture.
  2. Make the Dip: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, sriracha, shallots, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Gently fold in the crabmeat. Add salt and pepper to taste and adjust to your liking.
  3. Serve and Enjoy: Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to serving. Serve with your choice of chips or crackers. Enjoy!
