Jonah Crab Dip

8 oz Picked Jonah Crab Claw Meat (from roughly 2 lbs of claws)

1/4 tsp. sriracha, adjust to your spice level

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup cream cheese

1 lemon; zest and juice

1 small shallot, minced

1 Tbsp parsley, minced
Instructions
- Pick the Jonah Crab Meat: Ensure the Jonah crab meat is picked, gently shred any larger pieces to ensure a consistent texture.
- Make the Dip: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, sriracha, shallots, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Gently fold in the crabmeat. Add salt and pepper to taste and adjust to your liking.
- Serve and Enjoy: Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to serving. Serve with your choice of chips or crackers. Enjoy!
