  • 1 pound Jonah crab meat (cooked, picked, and cleaned)
  • 8 slices of your favorite bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 4-6 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter or olive oil for toasting the bread


  1. Prepare the Jonah Crab Meat: Ensure the Jonah crab meat is cooked, picked, and cleaned. If necessary, gently shred any larger pieces to ensure a consistent texture.
