Jonah Crab Stuffed Avocados
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of picked Jonah crabmeat
- 4 ripe avocados, halved with pit removed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or cilantro
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon lime juice (or lemon if preferred)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits.

Make the Crab Filling: In a bowl, gently mix the Jonah crabmeat, lime juice, mayonnaise, freshly chopped dill or cilantro, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Stuffed Avocados: Spoon the crab filling into the wells of the halved avocados, pressing down gently to pack the mixture.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish the Jonah Crab Stuffed Avocados with additional chopped herbs. Serve with lime or lemon wedges on the side.
