Our Jonah Crab is sustainably sourced from the pristine waters off Cape Cod, Massachusetts, particularly from the Greater Atlantic Region Statistical Area.

When ready to eat, place the crab in the refrigerator until it is completely thawed (approximately 16-24 hours) before preparing. For quick thawing, place the frozen package in cool water for 20 to 30 minutes until the contents become flexible. It is important not to rush the thawing process, as doing so can cause the crab to lose more moisture, resulting in a rubbery consistency. Once thawed, use or refrigerate immediately. For the best quality, consume within 5 days after it has thawed.

Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week, ensuring your order reaches you promptly. For your convenience, you can schedule your seafood delivery ahead of time by selecting your preferred date during checkout.

All frozen packages are securely sealed in a reusable box with dry ice, and gel ice packs maintaining the pristine quality of your seafood. While dry ice is not harmful to your food (as CO2 is naturally present in the air), it can be extremely cold and may cause skin burns. Please use gloves when handling dry ice.
