Our Maine Lobster Tails are sustainably sourced from the F/V Miss Emma just off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, more specifically, Lobster Management Area III.

To maintain the highest quality of your lobster tails, follow these tips: Thaw frozen lobsters in the refrigerator for 24 hours to prevent meat from sticking to the shell. Cook them within 2 days of thawing. Avoid thawing lobster tails in warm water or at room temperature, as improperly thawed lobster meat can become tough and may stick to the shell.

We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure timely delivery. For your convenience, you can schedule your seafood delivery ahead of time by selecting your preferred date during checkout.

All frozen packages are securely sealed in a reusable box with dry ice, and gel ice packs maintaining the pristine quality of your seafood. While dry ice is not harmful to your food (as CO2 is naturally present in the air), it can be extremely cold and may cause skin burns. Please use gloves when handling dry ice.
